How the Program Works

Step 1: Discovery and Team Assessment
We begin by assessing your team’s current dynamics, identifying challenges, and defining goals. Each team member then takes the Positive Intelligence (PQ) and/or Insights MDI (DISC) assessments to uncover individual and team strengths, communication styles, and emotional roadblocks.
Step 2: Understanding Team Dynamics and Communication Styles
Using the assessment results, we explore the team's different communication preferences. This helps team members understand each other’s working styles, leading to better collaboration, reduced friction, and more effective problem-solving.
Step 3: Building Trust and Collaboration Through Game-Based Learning 3
In this phase, your team will engage in Miki Island, an interactive game-based learning experience. This immersive activity promotes trust, team bonding, and problem-solving under pressure. Step 4: Aligning Vision, Roles, and Culture
Using the Team Canvas tool, we help your team align on a shared vision, define roles and responsibilities, and clarify team values. This creates a solid foundation for performance by ensuring everyone is on the same page and moving toward common goals.
Step 5: Sustaining High Performance with Mental Fitness
To ensure long-term success, we integrate Positive Intelligence (PQ) to help your team handle stress, prevent burnout, and maintain focus. We teach your team to manage self-sabotaging thoughts (Saboteurs) and activate positive mental habits (Sage powers), enabling them to perform under pressure and adapt to change.
